ff_mulchking

Based on mulch_dm from tfc, with a more complex arena system.
Entering the arena will lock the base doors so matches cannot be interrupted,
matches begin when both players have touched their "ready" buttons and both
buttons are fully depressed into the floor.

Winning players are awarded a crown, and remain in the arena as they are
now "King".  Resupply points are enabled between rounds and are located
inside the arena.
